what people think of us...
“Due to the high level of collaboration and professional manner of the team as well as the quality of product delivered I am more than happy to recommend Saxonby”
“ I found Saxonby very easy to work with during the pre- contract stages at Bridgwater Street, Whitchurch, where they took a very proactive and flexible approach, leading to a painless and quick route from inception to achieving an actual start on site. Saxonby were very professional whilst being a pleasure to work with, we look forward to working with them again in the future”
“We have found Saxonby Land & Planning Services to be a very professional company addressing and assisting us with our project at Bridgewater Street Whitchurch. They assisted us with designing the optimum scheme for the site , offering a mix of houses and apartments that would appeal to the regional Housing Associations for the provision of social housing. We were able to address ecology , design , and archaeological matters calling upon the experience of the Saxonby team , and this resulted in a successful consent being approved. We would certainly be prepared to work with the Saxonby team on future projects.”
Saxonby looks forward to 2016 with three new site development starts
Saxonby is looking forward to 2016 with work starting on three new developments early in the new year.
Allerton Road in Harlescott, Shrewsbury involves the redevelopment of a former garage site and is a four-bungalow affordable housing development for Severnside Housing Association – the first time Saxonby has worked with the Shrewsbury based organisation.
Again in conjunction with Severnside Housing a Community Led development will deliver ten affordable home properties in the village of Condover, on the outskirts of Shrewsbury. Developing close working partnerships with local stakeholders such as Condover Parish Council has been crucial in getting this scheme off the ground.
Saxonby has once again been commissioned by Fortis Living, on this occasion to deliver six bungalows at Langdale Drive, Worcester.
Director James Wood, said: “This is good news for us. To be commissioned again by an established partner to deliver more housing for Fortis Living in the Worcester area is great and shows that we have the bandwidth and expertise to work outside the county of Shropshire. At the same time, it’s always satisfying to secure contacts with new organisations closer to home. We look forward to a successful working relationship with Severnside Housing during the period of the two Shrewsbury developments as well as going forward on future projects.”
